Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start that process, please contact us at mandyslittlecraftbarn@gmail.com. We ask that you provide us with the reason for the return request and photos of the product for review.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *See below for exceptions.

If accepted, we’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to review the issue and make it right if the error was on our end.

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with a written description and photos of the damage and we will review it and get back to you within 48 hours.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items, clearance or sale items, limited collections or releases, or gift cards.

PLEASE NOTE: Candles, wax melts, and other fragrance products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping, especially in warmer months. While we take every precaution to package and ship your order safely, Mandy’s Little Craft Barn cannot be held liable for products that melt due to prolonged exposure to heat after delivery or during transit.

We STRONGLY recommend having your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a home or business, where someone is available to promptly receive the package. Products left outdoors or in hot environments for extended periods may melt or become damaged, and we are unable to replace or refund items affected by heat exposure.


Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (by contacting mandyslittlecraftbarn@gmail.com), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mandyslittlecraftbarn@gmail.com.
