Yes! Every product is handcrafted with care in small batches to help ensure quality and attention to detail.
When will I get my order?

We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready for delivery or shipment, you will receive a notification by text or phone for deliveries, or by email for shipped orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer FREE local delivery in and around Goldsboro, NC.

When you select Local Delivery at checkout, we will contact you by text, phone, or email to arrange a delivery time. This helps ensure your products are delivered directly to you and are not left outside in the heat or sun, where some items may melt.

Please Note: Accelerated checkout options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal bypass the Local Delivery selection. If you would like FREE Local Delivery, please use the standard checkout process or Shop Pay. We apologize for any inconvenience. Candles

How long will my candle last?

Our candles have a typical burn time of approximately 40-70 hours, depending on size and if it is burned as directed.

Be sure to trim your wicks between each burn to 1/4 inch, allow each candle to burn long enough to create a full melt pool (where the melted wax reaches the edge of the container), keep burning candle away from drafts, and keep out of reach of pets and children.
How do I get the best scent throw from my candle?

For the best fragrance experience, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container, especially during the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn. Keep in mind that larger rooms, open floor plans, high or vaulted ceilings, and airflow can affect how strongly a fragrance is perceived.

Are your candles safe to burn around pets?

We recommend keeping candles out of reach of pets and ensuring the area is well ventilated while burning. Some animals may be sensitive to certain fragrance oils or essential oils. We have cats ourselves and have not noticed any issues, but every pet is unique and may react differently. If you have concerns about a specific fragrance or your pet's sensitivity, we recommend consulting your veterinarian.
What wax do you use?

All of our candles are handcrafted with 100% soy wax, sourced and manufactured in the United States.
Why do I need to trim my wicks before each burn?

Trimming your wicks to a quarter-inch between each burn not only enhances the cleanliness of your candles but also boosts efficiency, prolonging the candle's lifespan and ensuring superior performance. This practice effectively prevents the flame from becoming excessively high, mitigating the potential fire risk.

Why is my candle only burning in the middle?

This is called "tunnelling". If you extinguish your candle before it forms a full melt pool (where the melted wax reaches the sides of the container), you risk creating a memory pool. The candle will then remember where it last burned and only reach that point. While it's important not to burn candles for more than four hours at a time, insufficient burning time may lead to "tunneling", impacting the candle's efficiency and lifespan.
